The Expeditions Branch completes their first contract, defeating two Nereids that had infested the rivers near Ivarstead. But all is not as it seems, and an affliction that leaves victims sleepless and shrieking leaves many unanswered questions.

The Investigations Branch undertakes an effort to find a cure for those who have been afflicted, before their fellow company members succumb to the curse and become Sleepless.

In which the Crimson Silver Company arrives at a camp, realizes it’s been destroyed, and find far more than they bargained for. Which is basically a running trend at this point, if I’m being honest.
